On April 8, 2010, Fuller Rehabilitation hosted Senator Chuck Grassley (R, IA). Senator Grassley is ranking member on the Senate Finance Commitee. Several visitors came from other states to meet the senator and enjoy a plate or two of BBQ. Also attending were two of our patients who recieved power chairs, and they were able to discuss how this equipment gave them new independance. Senator Grassley spoke to our visitors and Fuller associates about the newly enacted Health Care Reform Bill, and then engaged in a Q&A. 
  
     We believe that Senator Grassley shares the same values as Fuller Rehabilitation, concerning the treatment of our elderly and disabled citizens, who have lost their independance. The more that our congressional leaders know about the delivery of equipment and services that are delivered th Medicare beneficiaries, the better their decisions will be concerning the Medicare program.
